Upload documents, codebases, research papers and reference materials to a project. Claude references these files across all conversations within the project, giving contextually grounded responses without re-uploading files each time.
Custom instructions define how Claude should behave within a project — tone, expertise, formatting preferences and constraints. This creates specialized AI assistants for different workflows without using separate tools.
Projects is available to Claude Pro subscribers at $20 per month and Claude Team at $25 per user per month.
